Jerry Reicks Jr.
President & CEO

Jerry started JARCO in 1975 after graduating with a BS degree from Briar Cliff University. He worked with his father at Tri-State Drywall during the summers to learn the trade and became a proficient framers/hanger. He is an active member in AWCI (Association of Walls Ceilings International), HBA (Home Builders Association), ASA (American Subcontractors Association), where he is a member of the National liaison committee with AGC and ASA, and the Sioux City Chamber of Commerce.

In his spare time he officiates Freestyle and Greco-Roman Wrestling. He is a member Of USWOA (United States Wrestling Officials Association). Jerry is active in USA Wrestling as President of the FILA Junior and University Division Committee. He is a Member of the FILA International Wrestling Association having represented the United States as an official in Canada, Sweden, Finland, Serbia, Tunisia, Belarus, Greece, and Russia. He is married and has four children Ahnna, Jerry III, Christopher, and Jonathan.

Brenda Reicks
Vice President of Construction Services

Brenda joined the JARCO team in 1995. She has over 24 years experience in Construction Estimating. Brenda also has sales, design and drafting experience. She has an Associates Degree in Architectural Engineering. Brenda heads the Estimating Department, Acoustical Division, does most Change Orders, as well as doing Design / Drafting for JARCO. Brenda is active in HBA, AWCI, and ASA. Brenda is married, and has three sons and ten grandchildren. In her spare time to travels with her husband Jerry.

Loel Hayden
Estimator & Project Manager

Loel brings 34 years of experience to the JARCO team. He started working in Contruction at his family owned lumber company in North Dakota. He has been active in HBA and Lumberman’s Association. Loel oversees many JARCO projects, and handles estimate takes-off Procedures using Electronic, Disk, and paper Blue Prints. He spends his free time remodeling his home and playing with his six grandchildren.

Mark Kowalke
Estimator & Project Manager

Mark brings over 36 years of construction experience to the JARCO team.

He oversees many JARCO projects, and handles estimate takes-off procedures using Electronic, Disk, and paper Blue Prints. Mark has been with JARCO since July 2007.

Lou Lopez
Warehouse Manager

Lou is in charge or shipping and receiving for JARCO, is supervisor of our delivery drivers, and coordinates the Blown Fiberglass Insulation Jobs for JARCO. He has 15 years experience in the construction industry. Lou is married with three children. In his spare time he coaches kids baseball, football, basketball and soccer. He also enjoys shooting pool.

Wayne Nielsen
Vice President of Sales

Wayne has over thirty years experience in the building material and construction industry. He hales from the big town of Early IA, graduating with a BA from Morningside College. Directly after college he started working for world wide building manufactures specializing in drywall, EIFS, and steel framing systems. He has a wealth of knowledge in finding the right products and systems for any projects needs. He is active in the Amorock buying group and handles all of JARCO's purchasing and has been with us since 1995.

Pete Snyder
Field Superintendent

Pete is in charge of job scheduling for JARCO. Pete has 33 yrs experience in Drywall Construction. His first drywall job was a house in Emerson, Nebraska in December of 1975. Pete has been with JARCO since 2005. He has two sons, two daughters, and seven grandchildren. Pete enjoys fishing, hunting, and golf.
