WELLS
BLUE BUNNY WELCOME CENTER
LeMars, Iowa
The Wells Blue Bunny Visitors Center required more than just the
standard strip mall store front and interior finish. Designed to
be a "show piece" in LeMars, this center of attention
on Hwy 75 shows the Exterior Insulated Finish System (EIFS) flexibility
with colors and accents. Inside features a historic distinctive
metal pan ceiling which enhances the motife and style of the ice
cream parlor. The difficult framing required to create a unique
flowing design of individual store fronts exemplifies our abilities
to build whatever you invision.

THINKER
TOYS
Singing Hills Drive Sioux City, IA
Truely one of the most unique and creative buildings in Sioux City,
this exterior finish required skill, experience and dedication to
construction excellence. The curved walls, windows, and top required
"out of the ordinary" lay out, framing and finishing abilities.
All aspects of exterior and interior walls took dedication and professional
execution of workmen to produce this challenging building. Trust
our JARCO experts to create your distinctive difference in building.

SIOUX
CITY AUDITORIUM / LONGLINES FAMILY CENTER
The renovation of Sioux City's most recognizable building required
a combination of old and new style construction blended into a beautiful
resurrection of this landmark. From demolition of interior to rebuilding,
this complex project required the artwork of "old style"
plastering, erection of walls, adding an elevator and reworking
the corridor system. Tight time schedules and complexity of the
building materials added to the challenge to bring this old structure
to a new life.

WINNEBAGO
HOSPITAL
Winnebago, NE
The NEW COMPREHENSIVE HEALTHCARE FACILITY in Winnebago Nebraska:
This is a large hospital addition that has three floors plus a helicopter
pad and reception area on the roof. Designed as a "state of
the art" structure, this building involved creative framing
in many modern wall curves and ceiling designs. This was the largest
project JARCO completed to date at 2.5 million. Complicating this
project was entirely metric blue prints, a construction manager
that withheld payments ninety to one hundred twenty days and working
with the Corp of Engineers. Besides the metal framing, JARCO did
all the insulation, drywall application and finishing, acoustical
ceilings, linear ceilings, wood slat ceilings and exterior insulated
finish systems (EIFS).
