History
Founded
thirty-three years ago as a residential drywall company. Our first commercial
project was the Fire Station in Cherokee, Iowa. In 1982, we started
our acoustical ceiling division with our first project being the
Medical Center in Ivanhoe, MN.
In 1994, two corporate milestones were reached, one of them being
our first million dollar year and the second our purchase of a 3600
square foot warehouse and a 600 square foot office.
In 1995 with the addition of Wayne Neilson our retail sales division
was added. That year also our EIFS division was started and Brenda
Jensen Kryger took over as the chief estimator.
In 1996 growth continued with the addition of both our sprayed fireproofing
and poured gypsum floor divisions. Sales approached the 3 million
mark in 1996 and exceeded that in 1997 with over $1 Million in payroll.
In 1999 we surpassed the 4 million mark, 2000 saw the 5 million
total sales mark reached and in 2002 6 million total sales was surpassed.
In 2004, 7 million in sales was achieved.
We believe our growth and success can be attributed to several factors:

program and the many seminars we offer throughout the year |

Subcontractors Association and PDCA Painting and Decorating
Contactors of America. |
